House and Land Package Design Services

Oasis Investment Homes currently builds high quality and climatically aware home in Queensland.

If you intend building your investment home outside Queensland, you can still enjoy the benefits of an Oasis Home and Land Package. Due to demand for plans from interstate, we now provide an inexpensive investment houses and home design service which allows you to purchase one of our plans, or a concept based upon one of our plans, for a fraction of the architectural cost.

Simply choose a design from the selection of house and land package and forward to us a request for any modifications you require to the standard plan ensuring also to include a site plan showing dimensions, aspect and approximate relative levels. Our architect will review your request and advise you from a professional viewpoint as to the suitability of the plan chosen. Should you then wish to proceed, we will request you to complete a signed undertaking in which you agree to use the design for the one site.

For a fee of $1,500, we will within two to four weeks -

• Prepare a complete design concept to your requirements based upon the original plan:
• Forward to you the completed design, drawn to scale 100:1, together with a set of the working drawings of the standard home.

The plans and drawings should then be sufficient for your builder to finalise any minor adjustments necessary to comply with the local building code. Should additional information or explanation be required, the cost of the drawing provides for an additional 1 1/2 hours free consultation with our qualified architect via fax or phone during business hours.
