• Coordinating the supply and laying of additional floor coverings throughout the home such as ceramic tiling to main floor areas, carpets, polished timber flooring, parquetry,vinyl etc.
• Coordinating and supervision of either the partial or complete landscaping of the client's site including retaining walls, courtyards, pergolas, swimming pool, fencing, paving, driveways, turf etc.
• Advice and coordination of interior decor including curtains, soft furnishings and feature cabinet ware.
• Supply and installation of the state of the art security, intercom and vacuum systems.
• Next generation packages including smart housing systems with high speed internet HD TV, intelligent security systems and more.

Price - In most instances the fee charged by Oasis Homes for these services will be more than offset by the volume discount offered by the preferred supplier which is passed onto the home owner.

Efficiency - Oasis Homes is able to coordinate and plan the additional finishing trades during construction. Site preparation for landscaping for example, can be performed while the interior trades are still working.

Finance - Under most circumstances a total package can be financed at the time of the original loan without the necessity for additional valuation fees etc.
